首先，针对焦炉炉温波动过大，焦炭质量不高，能量浪费较大的问题，设计了一种智能化的炉温控制方法。该方法以炉温为控制目标，以煤气流量为调节对象，针对焦炉大惯性、纯滞后、非线性和时变性的特点。该方法基于模糊PlD，减小了炉温波动。其次，焦炉是以煤气为燃料来源，在工艺上调节煤气流量的同时，必须相应地调节焦炉分烟道吸力，实现煤气的最佳燃烧效率。最后文章通过Matlab进行了仿真，结果表明，该系统响应速度快，超调量小，稳定性好。

Firstly,according to the large fluctuation of oven temperature,the low coke quality,the huge energy wasting,this paper designs an intel igent temperature control method.The method select temperature as the control target,and the gas-flow as adjusting object,considering coke oven with big inertia,pure lag,nonlinear and time-varying characteristics.The means is based on fuzzy PlD,in order to reduce the temperature fluctuation.Secondly,the coke oven use gas as fuel.when regulate the gas flow in the process,must change draft at the same time in accordance,set the combustion in a maximum efficiency.
