目的：探讨抗抑郁剂联合心理护理干预对抑郁症患者疗效的影响。方法将124例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各62例，均给予抗抑郁药物治疗及常规护理，研究组在此基础上给予心理护理干预。于治疗前后采用汉密顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表评定临床疗效。结果治疗后两组汉密顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表评分均较治疗前显著下降（P＜0．01），研究组较对照组下降更显著（P＜0．01）。研究组总有效率为93．5％，对照组为80．6％，研究组显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论抗抑郁剂联合心理护理干预治疗抑郁症具有增效作用，更有利于缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁状况。
목적：탐토항억욱제연합심리호리간예대억욱증환자료효적영향。방법장124례억욱증환자수궤분위연구조화대조조각62례，균급여항억욱약물치료급상규호리，연구조재차기출상급여심리호리간예。우치료전후채용한밀돈초필량표、한밀돈억욱량표평정림상료효。결과치료후량조한밀돈초필량표、한밀돈억욱량표평분균교치료전현저하강（P＜0．01），연구조교대조조하강경현저（P＜0．01）。연구조총유효솔위93．5％，대조조위80．6％，연구조현저고우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론항억욱제연합심리호리간예치료억욱증구유증효작용，경유리우완해환자적초필、억욱상황。
Objective To explore the influence of antidepressants plus psycholog‐ical nursing on the efficacy of depression patient .Methods A total of 124 depression patients were ran‐domly divided into research and control group of 62 ones each ,both groups received antidepressant treat‐ment and routine nursing , on this basis research group was plus psychological ;nursing intervention (PNI) ,anxious and depressive degrees were assessed with the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA ) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) before and after treatment ,effective rates of two groups added up and compared .Results After treatment the HAMA and HAMD scores of both groups lowered more sig‐nificantly compared with pretreatment (P < 0 .01) ,so did those in research than in control group ( P < 0 .01) .Total effective rate was significantly higher in research than in control group (93 .5% vs .80 .6% ,P< 0 .05) .Conclusion Antidepressants plus PNI could significantly relieve anxious and depressive condi‐tions and promote patients’ rehabilitation .
