By studying the CCT curves of 09MnNiDR steel plate,proper cooling rate range of normalizing is deter-mined;By comparing the disadvantages of insufficient cooling rate existing in normal air cooling,a new type of acceler-ated cooling process is implemented with improved refined grain and actual product quality of steel plate.
