The scientific name of“silver bar”is“silver sprout”.The shape of its leaf is either long,round and lanceolate or oval round. Its growing period is 300 days or so. As a product of geographic indications and famous local special product in Yanshi, Henan,the root of it can be used as a kind of vegetable.
