以粉葛幼嫩茎尖和腋芽作为外植体,研究了不同浓度6-BA对无菌体系构建的影响,以及不同浓度6-BA, IAA, KT对丛生芽增殖的影响。根据丛生芽的生长特征筛选最佳生长培养基,并依据正交实验,以生长率为指标,优选适合丛生芽增殖的最佳培养条件。结果MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+ IAA 0.2 mg/L为最适启动培养基,MS +6-BA 0.1 mg/L + KT 0.1 mg/L + IAA 0.05 mg/L为最适增殖培养基。

이분갈유눈경첨화액아작위외식체,연구료불동농도6-BA대무균체계구건적영향,이급불동농도6-BA, IAA, KT대총생아증식적영향。근거총생아적생장특정사선최가생장배양기,병의거정교실험,이생장솔위지표,우선괄합총생아증식적최가배양조건。결과MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+ IAA 0.2 mg/L위최괄계동배양기,MS +6-BA 0.1 mg/L + KT 0.1 mg/L + IAA 0.05 mg/L위최괄증식배양기。
Here we use shoot tip and axillary bud of Pueraria thomsonii Benth as explant, the effects of different concentrations of 6 - BA effects on sterile system building and different concentrations of 6-BA, IAA, KT on multiple shoot clumps proliferation are studied. According to the growth characteristics of multiple shoot clumps to screen the best growth medium, and on the basis of orthogonal experiment, the growth rate as index, to select the best culture conditions for multiple shoot clumps proliferation. Results show that the MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+ IAA 0.2 mg/L is the best initial medium, MS + 6-BA 0.1 mg/L + KT 0.1 mg/L + IAA 0.05 mg/L is the best Enrichment Medium.
