SXH70材料的抗磨蚀性能是不锈钢X5CrNi13-4的91.5倍;抗空蚀能力是不锈钢X5CrNi13-4的1.55倍,该材料在魏家堡电站的导叶和转轮表面进行高速火焰喷涂,提高了水轮机的效率,稳定了机组的出力,延长机组的大修周期。实验证明了SXH70材料是一种有效的解决泥沙磨蚀和空蚀联合作用的表面防护材料。
SXH70材料的抗磨蝕性能是不鏽鋼X5CrNi13-4的91.5倍;抗空蝕能力是不鏽鋼X5CrNi13-4的1.55倍,該材料在魏傢堡電站的導葉和轉輪錶麵進行高速火燄噴塗,提高瞭水輪機的效率,穩定瞭機組的齣力,延長機組的大脩週期。實驗證明瞭SXH70材料是一種有效的解決泥沙磨蝕和空蝕聯閤作用的錶麵防護材料。

The cavitation erosion and the abrasion resistance of SXH70 material were 1 .55 times and 91 .5 times that of X5CrNi13-4 stainless steel .Through spraying SXH70 material on the guide vane and runner surface of turbine ,Weijiabu Hy‐dropower Station improved the efficiency of turbine ,and stabilized the unit of output of turbine ,shortened the period of chec‐king and repairing of turbine .The result proved that SXH70 material is an effective surface protection material to resist the combined effect of silt abrasion and cavitation .
