车载称重模块的设计主要是传感器的选择和安置以及试验标定。文章采用有限元方法对车辆底盘进行静态载荷分析并对得到的应变敏感点进行分析,由受力分布确定传感器在车桥上最佳的安装位置和个数,将有限元分析得出的理论应变数值经过试验标定后得到实际标定值,并以此作为样本经 SVM (支持向量机)训练后对参数进行优化,通过将 SVM的预测结果与实际样本标定值进行比较,验证该方法的精确度和可行性。

Design of the vehicle-mounted weighing module mainly involves the selection and positioning of the sensor, and test calibration.The paper adopts the finite element method to conduct the static load analysis on vehicle chassis and analyzes the strain sensitive points.The optimal installation position and quantity of the sensor on the vehicle are deter-mined by the stress distribution.The theoretic strain value obtained from the finite element analysis is used to get the actual calibration value after the experimental calibration,which is then taken as the sample for optimization of parameters after SVMtraining.By comparing the SVMprediction result and actual sample calibration values,the paper verifies the preci-sion and feasibility of the method.
