目的:基于fMRI脑功能成像技术,观察针刺小脑萎缩症患者“脑三针”穴对小脑功能区激活的作用。方法12例小脑萎缩症患者,接受“脑三针”穴针刺,针刺过程中接受fMRI扫描,所得数据采用SPM2软件包进行处理、分析和比较。结果与留针状态比较,针刺小脑萎缩症患者“脑三针”穴捻针时,能显著激活小脑的小脑蚓部、绒球小结叶、前叶、后叶、齿状核及顶核。结论针刺小脑萎缩症患者“脑三针”穴能特异性地激活小脑功能区,为其疗效特异性的中枢机制之一。

목적:기우fMRI뇌공능성상기술,관찰침자소뇌위축증환자“뇌삼침”혈대소뇌공능구격활적작용。방법12례소뇌위축증환자,접수“뇌삼침”혈침자,침자과정중접수fMRI소묘,소득수거채용SPM2연건포진행처리、분석화비교。결과여류침상태비교,침자소뇌위축증환자“뇌삼침”혈념침시,능현저격활소뇌적소뇌인부、융구소결협、전협、후협、치상핵급정핵。결론침자소뇌위축증환자“뇌삼침”혈능특이성지격활소뇌공능구,위기료효특이성적중추궤제지일。
