高校篮球队的作为高校对外的一个窗口，特别是具有高水平运动队的高校，代表着学校的荣誉和传统。而高校篮球队作为一个社会的基本组织，同样处在各类突发事件的威胁之下。而处理突发事件时的能力，也直接影响着高校的声誉，因而显得更加重要。本文将从管理学的角度出发，采用文献资料分析法等分析高校篮球队突发事件处理情况。主要结论：针对高校篮球队日常训练和工作中可能出现的突发事件的预防和应对作出理论阐述，系统归纳出突发事件的应对方法，为高校篮球队的危机管理提供依据。同时，也可为高校其他运动队的危机处理提供借鉴。

As a window open to the outside of universities,especially those that own high level sports teams, university basketball team represents the university’s honor and tradition.Basketball team,as a basic organization of society,is also under the threat of various emergencies.As the capacity of handling emergency has a direct influence on university’s fame,so the ability appears to be more important.From the perspective of management and with the method of literature,the paper analyzes the handling of emergency by university basketball team.The paper gives a theoretical explanation on the prevention of and response to possible emergencies that might happen in university basketball team’s daily training and work.The paper systematically summarizes ways for tackling emergencies to provide basis for managing crisis in university basketball team and to provide reference for other university sports teams to deal with crisis.
