该文从工业立体仓库的基本特点出发,结合无线通信技术的优点,对无线条件下的立体仓库的控制系统进行研究,模拟立体仓库的无线控制情况.在设计系统整体方案的基础上分别对硬件和软件部分进行了相应的设计,最后给出了系统的整个设计结果.该无线控制的立体仓库控制系统具有低成本低功耗的优点,解决了线路老化、接插口不稳定的问题,使操作更加安全,更加自由.

In this paper,starting from the basic characteristics of industrial warehouse,combining with the advantages of wireless communication technology,studying the stereoscopic warehouse control system under the condition of wireless, simulation of the wireless control in stereoscopic warehouse. On the basis of the design system overall scheme, respectively to the corresponding parts of hardware and software design, it finally giving the whole Design results of the system. The wireless control of stereoscopic warehouse control system has the advantages of low power consumption and low cost,it has solved the problem of line aging and un?stable interface, making the operation more safe and more freedom.
