南疆四地州(指新疆阿克苏地区、克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州，以下简称克州、喀什地区与和田地区)参与中巴经济走廊建设有诸多有利之处，一方面通过建设可以将南疆四地州作为中巴经济走廊的战略后备基础，为中巴经济走廊的建设乃至其随后维护和两国文化交流带来极大促进；另一方面，走廊打通后，也会给南疆四地州产业经济带来极大的需求，促进产业转型与发展，拉动就业，维护南疆稳定，本文将通过介绍目前对南疆四地州参与中巴经济走廊建设的已有的研究和工作，做出swot分析，提出适宜的政策。

Taking part in China and Pakistan economic corridor construction have many benefits for Southern Xinjiang four states (referred to Xinjiang Aksu, the Basque, Kashgar and Hotan Region). On the one hand, through the construction of China and Pakistan economic corridor, southern Xinjiang four states can be the base of China-Pakistan economic corridor strategic reserve, contributing to the construction of that and its subsequent maintenance brings great promoting cultural exchanges between the two countries; on the other hand, it can give a great demand of Southern Xinjiang four states’s industrial economy, promoting the transformation and development of the industry. This article introduces the current Southern Xinjiang four states participation in the construction of china-pakistan economic corridor of the existing research and work to make a swot analysis and put forward the feasible policy.
