当前高职院校教学改革如火如荼,而教学方法的改革则是较为薄弱的方面,成效不尽如意,没有取得实质性的进展和突破。剖析了高职教师教学方法改革难以深入的个人内在原因,即从高职教师的教学责任意识、教学思维方式、专业实践能力方面寻求解决教学方法改革中存在的主要问题,以突破改革的瓶颈。

The current teaching reform seems there’s storm rise in higher vocational colleges, and the reform of teaching method is the weak parts without good effect, and there is no substantial progress and breakthrough. This article analyzes the internal reason why the higher vocational reform of teachers' teaching methods is difficult to be developed deeply. That is, from several parts of higher vocational teachers' teaching responsibility consciousness, teaching way of thinking, professional practice ability, to resolve the main problems which exist in the teaching method reform, and to get a breakthrough of the bottleneck of the reform.
