This paper is one of a series of researching harmonic language in Prokofiev’s piano pieces, which selected Prokofiev’s piano pieces as research materials, to explore those pieces from three aspects of harmonic vocabulary, modes tonality, and integral distribution. The author wished this discussion would have some reference values for Chinese composers’creations.
