目的:探讨品管圈在实习生行为规范管理的应用效果.方法:运用"临床护理教学质量评分标准(实习生版)"回顾性调查某院护理实习生临床实习过程的不良行为发生率,通过确立主题、设立目标及可行性要因分析、制定对策及措施、进行效果评价及巩固措施等一系列活动,并对开展QCC活动前后的调查结果进行比较.结果:开展QCC活动后某院护理实习生不良行为发生率从73.73%下降至27.95%,活动前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:QCC活动可促进护理质量的持续性改进,提高护理实习生临床工作规范.

Objective:To study the effectiveness of using QCC in managing of nursing students' behavior norms. Methods: Using the self-made clinical nursing teaching quality criteria (the nursing student's version) investigated the nursing students' bad behavior and its incidence during internship in retrospect. The results of after using QCC from January to November in 2014 were compared. The steps of QCC are confirming theme, setting goals, feasibility analysis, making measures, evaluating effectiveness and measures consolidating. Results:The incidence was down from 73.73%to 27.95%after using QCC activity( P<0.05).Conclusion:QCC activity is effective in improving the nurs-ing quality and managing the nursing students' behavior norms.
