针对山西省阳泉固庄煤矿高瓦斯、易燃、破碎厚煤层条件,15704综放工作面回撤期间采空区防灭火存在高瓦斯治理和防灭火的矛盾,破碎易燃煤层自燃期短和回撤期长的矛盾,这两对矛盾造成高瓦斯易燃破碎厚煤层综放工作面回撤期间防灭火难度很大,提出了“超前排放瓦斯、减少工作面配风量、减少采空区漏风、减少采空区遗煤、减缓遗煤氧化及缩短回撤期”的防灭火总体方案。通过设计施工防灭火巷和撤架巷,提前施工钻孔抽放瓦斯和施工注浆钻孔注浆加固,这两对矛盾得到有效地解决。同时采取均压通风系统,采空区注浆堵漏与阻化等措施,防灭火效果更加安全可靠,为高瓦斯易燃破碎厚煤层综放工作面回撤期间防灭火提供了宝贵经验。

Coal seams in Guzhuang mine are high gassy, combustible, broken, and thick. In the fire control of goaf in the process of equipment withdrawing on No.15704 fully-mechanized mining face, there are two conflicts:one between high-gassy control and fire control and the other between short spontaneous combustion and long withdrawing process of the broken and combustible seams. The two conflicts causes the difficulty of the fire control. The author proposes a whole set of plan, including pre-draining gas, reducing air distribution quantity, air leakage, and residual coal of goaf, slowing down the oxidization of residual coal, and cutting the withdrawing time. The two conflicts were solved by the design of fire control alley and support withdrawing alley, pre-drainage of gas by boreholes, and grouting reinforcement. Meanwhile, the fire control is more effective and safe by measures including a pressure balancing ventilation system, plugging and inhibiting with grouting in goaf, which could be useful for the fire control during the equipment withdrawing on the fully-mechanized mining face with high gassy, combustible, and broken coal seams.
