中医学是一门以经验传承为主的传统学科，只有大学校园的中医学教育不是真正的中医学教育，没有医院临床教学，没有事必躬亲的中医实践，就无法完成中医学教育的全过程。但是，目前主要存在以下问题：①中医学教育体系尚未完全建立；②中医学人才培养目标尚有差距；③中医院评审制度不完善；④中医院医学教育评价制度不健全；⑤教学意识淡薄，相应激励措施欠缺；⑥教学管理不到位，并提出相关的对策。
중의학시일문이경험전승위주적전통학과，지유대학교완적중의학교육불시진정적중의학교육，몰유의원림상교학，몰유사필궁친적중의실천，취무법완성중의학교육적전과정。단시，목전주요존재이하문제：①중의학교육체계상미완전건립；②중의학인재배양목표상유차거；③중의원평심제도불완선；④중의원의학교육평개제도불건전；⑤교학의식담박，상응격려조시흠결；⑥교학관리불도위，병제출상관적대책。
Traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) is a traditional subject, which is based on experience inheritance.Only the education of TCM in the university campus is not the real education of TCM.Without clinical teaching of hospital and practice of TCM, and the whole process of education of TCM wouldn’ t be completed.However, there were mainly the following problems:the education system of TCM has not been fully established;there was a gap in the talents training of TCM;the accreditation system of hospital of TCM was not perfect;the medical education evaluation system of hospital of TCM was not perfect; the teaching consciousness was eroded, and lack of corresponding incentive measures;lack of teaching management, and related countermeasures were put forward.
