采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法，以学以致用为视角对我国高校体育课程改革现状的困境与对策进行研究。结果显示：目前我国高校体育课程改革现状在促进学生身体健康、提高学生终身体育能力、改善学生心理健康、培养学生社会适应能力方面都存在不实用与不够用的现象。对策是：参照落实广东省学校体育三年行动计划中的要求；增加健康体适能理论与实践教学内容和充分发挥体质测试工作的作用；以人本主义心理学为依据培养学生勇于挑战的意志品质；挑选适当的拓展训练地面项目融入现有课程。

Adopting methods of literature,logical analysis and from the perspective of learning for practice,the paper studies the predicament and countermeasures of current status of college P.E.curriculum reform in China. The research results show that the current P.E.curriculum reform reveals the existence of phenomenon of unpractical and insufficient in promoting students’physical health,enhancing students 'life -long physical ability,improving students’mental health,and cultivating students'social adaptation ability.The paper proposes the following countermeasures:implementing requirements in the three -year school P.E.action plan of Guangdong province;consolidating the role of teaching content of physical fitness theory and practice,giving full play to the role of physical fitness test work;strengthening students’will quality of being brave to face challenges based on humanistic psychology;choosing appropriate outdoor training ground projects to integrate into existing courses.
