为应对人口老龄化引致的社会养老保险财务支付危机，人社部拟推出延退政策。但此项仍在酝酿之中的政策却遭到了强烈抵制。大多数反对者认为，延退将有损自己未来的养老保险利益。本文对各种制度模式下延退对于养老金替代率的影响进行了实证分析，并提出相应对策。研究结论认为，从理论上分析，延退未必降低养老金水平。政府若要推行延退，务必采取切实有效措施、完善相关政策，方能减少延退执行阻力。

To deal with the financial payment crisis of social endowment insurance caused by aging population , the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security plans to launch the postponed retirement policy. However ,this brewing policy has met with strong resistance. Most opponents argue that the postponed retirement policy will hurt their own future endowment insur-ance benefits. This paper has carried on the empirical analysis on the influence of the postponed retirement on the pension re-placement rate among the various system mode,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The study has made a conclusion that the postponed retirement will not necessarily reduce the pension level from the perspective of theory analysis. In order to carry out the postponed retirement policy, the government has to take effective measures, improve the relevant policies to reduce the perform resistance confronted by the postponed retirement policy.
