Shen Zhibai studied both Chinese and western culture, and had an academic horizon of erudite and in?formed. His historical achievements are multidimensional and comprehensive combining with examples. His academic method is multivariate based on noumenon. His pay attention to the foundation of education and was good at teaching. Shen Zhibai promoted the research on the establishment and development of Chinese national music.
