目的：检测人激肽释放酶相关肽酶5（KLK5）在卵巢癌患者血清中的水平，初步评估其作为肿瘤标志物的临床应用价值。方法应用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验对40例卵巢癌血清和40例女性健康体检血清标本进行检测，分析KLK5水平与临床病理特征相关性，并对其临床预测价值进行分析。结果临床标本检测结果提示，KLK5在卵巢癌患者血清中表达水平（3．77±1．47）ng／mL ，显著高于健康女性血清（0．86±0．45）ng／mL ，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；且KLK5表达水平与肿瘤临床分期呈正相关，即临床Ⅲ期KLK5水平（4．44±2．73）ng／mL显著高于Ⅰ／Ⅱ期血清中 KLK5水平（2．14±1．66）ng／mL ；中低分化肿瘤血清中 KLK5水平高于高分化组；KLK5在淋巴结转移组水平显著高于无转移组。结论 KLK5在卵巢癌血清中表达升高，且KLK5表达与临床分期呈正相关，提示KLK5表达水平检测可以用于肿瘤的诊断与预后判断。
목적：검측인격태석방매상관태매5（KLK5）재란소암환자혈청중적수평，초보평고기작위종류표지물적림상응용개치。방법응용쌍항체협심매련면역흡부시험대40례란소암혈청화40례녀성건강체검혈청표본진행검측，분석KLK5수평여림상병리특정상관성，병대기림상예측개치진행분석。결과림상표본검측결과제시，KLK5재란소암환자혈청중표체수평（3．77±1．47）ng／mL ，현저고우건강녀성혈청（0．86±0．45）ng／mL ，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；차KLK5표체수평여종류림상분기정정상관，즉림상Ⅲ기KLK5수평（4．44±2．73）ng／mL현저고우Ⅰ／Ⅱ기혈청중 KLK5수평（2．14±1．66）ng／mL ；중저분화종류혈청중 KLK5수평고우고분화조；KLK5재림파결전이조수평현저고우무전이조。결론 KLK5재란소암혈청중표체승고，차KLK5표체여림상분기정정상관，제시KLK5표체수평검측가이용우종류적진단여예후판단。
Objective To detect the serum kallikrein‐related peptidases 5 (KLK5) level in ovarian cancer for evaluating its clinical application value as a tumor biomarker .Methods The double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method was adopted to quantitatively examine serum KLK5 level in 40 cases of ovari‐an cancer and 40 female individuals undergoing physical examination .The correlation between the KLK5 level and clinicopathological features was analyzed and its clinical prediction value was analyzed .Results The clinical sample detection results prompted that serum KLK5 expression level in ovarian cancer was (3 .77 ± 1 .47)ng/mL ,which was significantly higher than (0 .86 ± 0 .45)ng/mL in the healthy females ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05);the KLK5 expression level was positively correlated with the tumor clinical classification ,i .e .,the KLK5 level in clinical stage Ⅲ was significantly higher than that in the clinical stage Ⅰ /Ⅱ [(4 .44 ± 2 .73)ng/mL vs .(2 .14 ± 1 .66)ng/mL];serum KLK5 level in the middle and low differentiation tumor was higher than that in the high differ‐entiation tumor ;the serum KLK5 level in the lymph node metastasis group was significantly higher than that in the non‐lymph node metastasis .Conclusion The serum KLK5 expression in ovarian cancer is increased ,moreover the KLK5 expression is positively correlated with the clinical stage ,which indicating that detecting the KLK5 level can be used in the diagnosis and prediction judgment .
