目的：探讨北京精神疾病临床数据和生物样本库的建设。方法收集入组者临床信息并采集全血，处理分装后保存于－80℃超低温冰箱。制定标准化操作流程，应用数据库管理系统进行信息化管理。结果自2010年9月—2014年12月共收集重性精神疾病3个病种4142例，高危人群及正常对照537名，样本37000余管。结论精神疾病临床数据和生物样本库的建设是一项系统工程，它在科学研究中的作用将越来越大，可以为探讨各类精神疾病的致病机制、开展疾病早期检测、尝试新的治疗策略及个体化治疗提供帮助。

Objective To explore the establishment of Beijing Biobank of Clinical Resource for Mental Disorders (BBCR‐MD) .Methods Clinical data and whole blood samples of all subjects were collected , whole blood samples conserved in ‐80 ℃ ultra low temperature refrigerator after treatment and subpack‐age .Standardized operation process was formulated and information management carried out using data‐base management system .Results From Sept .2010 to Dec .2014 a totals of 4 ,142 patients with severe mental illness of 3 entities and 537 high‐risk populations and controls as well as 37 ,000 sampling tubes were collected .Conclusion The establishment of BBCR‐MD is a systematic project ,its role in the scien‐tific research will be bigger and bigger ,and it could provide help in exploring the pathogenic mechanism of all mental disorders ,developing early detection of diseases ,attempting new therapeutic strategies and indi‐vidualized treatment .
