公义文化是社会文化的重要组成部分，高校的和谐发展需要公义价值观念的引导。学院作为大学里的二级组织，其公义文化建设是学院履行服务社会职能的内在要求。对学院公义文化的概念进行了界定，阐述了学院公义文化的作用和建设路径，并以西南交通大学公共管理学院为例，分析学院公义文化的建设实践。

The righteous culture is an important part of social culture, the harmonious development of colleges and universities needs justice values’ guidance.As a secondary organization of universities and colleges, School’s righteousness culture construction is a basic requirement of the college to perform the social service’s function.This article defines the concepts of social culture and righteousness from “righteousness” and “culture”, elaborates the role and construction path of righteousness of the school culture, and by taking Public Administration School of Southwest Jiao Tong University as an example to analyze the practice of school culture construction of righteousness.
