目的:调查延安市脑卒中高危人群血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy )的检测水平,分析其与性别、年龄、高血压、颈动脉斑块等的关系。方法选取延安大学附属医院进行复筛的1251例脑卒中高危人群进行体格检查、生化检查、颈动脉超声检查,并对其检查结果进行分析。结果在进行复筛的高危个体中,H cy平均水平(22.34±15.47)μmol/L ,明显高于正常范围0~10μmol/L。Hcy超标率达82.2%,其中男85.2%,女80.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各年龄组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论延安市脑卒中高危人群血浆 Hcy的检测水平远远高于正常范围0~10μmol/L。高 Hcy作为心脑血管疾病的独立危险因素,在高危人群的管理中应受到重视。

목적:조사연안시뇌졸중고위인군혈장동형반광안산(Hcy )적검측수평,분석기여성별、년령、고혈압、경동맥반괴등적관계。방법선취연안대학부속의원진행복사적1251례뇌졸중고위인군진행체격검사、생화검사、경동맥초성검사,병대기검사결과진행분석。결과재진행복사적고위개체중,H cy평균수평(22.34±15.47)μmol/L ,명현고우정상범위0~10μmol/L。Hcy초표솔체82.2%,기중남85.2%,녀80.5%,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);각년령조차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론연안시뇌졸중고위인군혈장 Hcy적검측수평원원고우정상범위0~10μmol/L。고 Hcy작위심뇌혈관질병적독립위험인소,재고위인군적관리중응수도중시。
Objective To investigate the plasma homocysteine(Hcy) level among brain stroke high‐risk popu‐lation in Yanan city and to analyze its relationship with gender ,age ,hypertension ,carotid artery plaque .Methods 1 251 cases of high risk brain stroke undergoing re‐screening in our hospital were selected and performed the physical examination ,biochemical detection ,carotid arterial ultrasonography .The detection results were analyzed .Results A‐mong re‐detected high risk individuals ,the mean Hcy level was (22 .34 ± 15 .47)μmol/L ,which was significantly higher than the normal range 0 -10 μmol/L .The Hcy exceeding standard rate reached 82 .2% ,which in male was 85 .2% and which in females was 80 .5% ,the differences between males and females were statistically significant (P<0 .05) ,no statistically significant differences existed among different age groups (P>0 .05) .Conclusion Plasma Hcy level among stroke high risk population is much higher than the normal range 0-10μmol/L .High Hcy as an in‐dependent risk factor for cardiocerebrovascular disease ,which management in high‐risk population should be paid at‐tention to .
