本文以2005—2014这十年间中国知网所能检索到的有关研究体育特岗教师的文献为基础。从体育特岗教师现状调查研究、体育特岗计划对农村中小学体育教学的影响、体育特岗计划可持续性研究、体育特岗计划其他方面的研究等这四个热点研究领域入手，对近10年的文献进行整理归纳，充分利用前人的研究成果对特岗教师进行全面的剖析，找出存在的问题对其进行评价与分析。
본문이2005—2014저십년간중국지망소능검색도적유관연구체육특강교사적문헌위기출。종체육특강교사현상조사연구、체육특강계화대농촌중소학체육교학적영향、체육특강계화가지속성연구、체육특강계화기타방면적연구등저사개열점연구영역입수，대근10년적문헌진행정리귀납，충분이용전인적연구성과대특강교사진행전면적부석，조출존재적문제대기진행평개여분석。
This paper is based on the papers relevant to special post P.E.teachers and those can be retrieved from CNKI during the ten years of 2005 -2014.Starting from 4 heated research fields:investigation of the current situation of special -post P.E teachers;the influence of sports special post project on rural primary and secondary schools'P.E.teaching;sustainability research on sports special post project;other aspects of sports special post project,the paper sorts out literature of recent 10 years and conducts an overall analysis on special post teachers by making full use of previous research results.The paper finds out existing problems and conducts evaluation and analysis on those problems.
