通过对原横式铸造工艺方法和铸件品质的分析研究,提出了新的立式铸造方案。利用MAGMA软件进行验证,采用新方案后的铸件充型过程平稳,温度场均匀,铸件无冷隔风险。实际生产的铸件全部达到要求,实现了零废品。

Through the analysis of the original horizontal casting method and casting quality, a new scheme of vertical casting has been put forward. MAGMA software has been used to verify that, after the new plan has been chosen, the casting mold iflling process is stable, the temperature ifeld is uniform, and the casting has no cold shut risk. The actual productions of the castings all meet the requirements so as to achieve zero waste products.
