为了响应我国“十二五”工业节能目标及举措,上海宏钢电站设备铸锻有限公司对目前能源管理工作的现状进行分析,提出了新的解决办法和措施。以《GB/T 23331-2012能源管理体系要求》为指导方针,通过设备改造与更新、建立设备的维护与保养机制、优化设备的评价与考核机制,使宏钢公司的节能降耗工作达到预期的目标。

In response to the industrial energy saving targets and measures of "12th five-year plan", analysis of the present situation of energy management has been carried out in Shanghai Honggang Power Station Equipment Casting & Forging Co., Ltd. New solutions and measures have been put forward. Using GB/T 23331-2012 energy management system requirements as the guiding principle, through equipment modiifcation and renewal, establishment of equipment maintenance and maintenance mechanism, and optimization of evaluation and assessment mechanism of the equipment, so that the desired objectives of Honggang company's energy saving work can be achieved.
