随着机床、风电等制造装备行业的高速发展,应用无损检测方法得出的缺陷分析和质量评价已成为必不可少的环节。目前应用广泛且效果较好的检测方法有液体渗透检测、磁粉检测和超声波检测。液体渗透检测和磁粉检测常用于铸件表面和近表面缺陷的检测,超声检测是用于检测铸件内部缺陷的方法。

With the rapid development of machine tools, wind power and other manufacturing equipment industries, the defect analysis and quality evaluation of the application of nondestructive testing methods have become an essential link. At present, widely used and effective detection methods mainly include liquid penetration testing, magnetic particle testing and ultrasonic testing. Liquid penetration testing and magnetic particle testing are often used in defect detection of surface and near surface of castings. Ultrasonic testing is a method for detecting internal defects of castings.
