对从废旧钴酸锂电池提取钴蓝颜料的方法和最佳工艺参数进行了研究,试验结果表明:pH为6的条件下,金属离子和柠檬酸的比例为1:1时制备出的干凝胶在135 ℃条件下预烧,再在800 ℃条件下煅烧可直接合成粒度均匀、粒径小、分散性好且具有尖晶石结构的纳米钴蓝颜料.
對從廢舊鈷痠鋰電池提取鈷藍顏料的方法和最佳工藝參數進行瞭研究,試驗結果錶明:pH為6的條件下,金屬離子和檸檬痠的比例為1:1時製備齣的榦凝膠在135 ℃條件下預燒,再在800 ℃條件下煅燒可直接閤成粒度均勻、粒徑小、分散性好且具有尖晶石結構的納米鈷藍顏料.

The method of extracting cobalt blue pigment from acid waste lithium cobalt batteries and the optimum process parameters are studied. The results show that under the condition of pH 6, metalion and citric acid ratio was 1: 1 dry gel prepared at 135 ℃ cal-cination, then calcined at 800℃ uniform particle size, good dispersion and spinel structure of nano cobalt blue pigment can be directly synthetized.
