为缓解重特大疾病带来的沉重负担，并实现贫困人群的医疗服务可及性，国际上绝大多数发达国家都建立了不同模式的重特大疾病保障和救助体系。通过介绍四种医疗保障制度模式，分析其共性和借鉴之处，提出完善我国重特大疾病保障和救助机制体系的建议。
為緩解重特大疾病帶來的沉重負擔，併實現貧睏人群的醫療服務可及性，國際上絕大多數髮達國傢都建立瞭不同模式的重特大疾病保障和救助體繫。通過介紹四種醫療保障製度模式，分析其共性和藉鑒之處，提齣完善我國重特大疾病保障和救助機製體繫的建議。

To alleviate the burden of catastrophic disease, and to improve medical service accessibility for poverty population, most of the developed countries have established different modes of catastrophic disease insurance and medical assistance. Through introducing four kinds of medical security systems, their similarity and lessons have been analyzed, and recommendations has been put forward to improve the protection and assistance mechanism for catastrophic disease in China.
