目的：分析社区综合干预措施对老年高血压患者治疗依从性的影响。方法选取2014年2月-2015年2月期间辖区北城街道100例高血压患者，对其实施社区综合干预，对比干预前后患者的血压情况和依从性情况。结果与干预前相比，干预后患者的SBP、DBP均显著下降，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，而干预后患者的医嘱总体依从度也明显提高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对社区老年高血压患者实施综合干预措施能有效改善患者的血压水平，提高其治疗依存性。
목적：분석사구종합간예조시대노년고혈압환자치료의종성적영향。방법선취2014년2월-2015년2월기간할구북성가도100례고혈압환자，대기실시사구종합간예，대비간예전후환자적혈압정황화의종성정황。결과여간예전상비，간예후환자적SBP、DBP균현저하강，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)，이간예후환자적의촉총체의종도야명현제고，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론대사구노년고혈압환자실시종합간예조시능유효개선환자적혈압수평，제고기치료의존성。
Objective To analyze the impact of comprehensive community interventions on elderly dependency treatment of patients with essential hypertension. Methods 100 cases of hypertensive patients in our community were selected from februany 2014 to february 2015, in which the implementation of comprehensive intervention for patients was used, in other ways,the blood pressure and compliance situation before and after the intervention in patients were compared. Results Compared with pre-intervention, post-intervention patients with SBP, DBP were significantly decreased,,The difference was statistically Siqnificant(P<0.05), but after the intervention overall compliance of the patient's doctor also significantly increased,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive community interventions in elderly hypertensive patients can improve blood pressure levels of patients and improve their treatment of dependence.
