目的:探讨石河子市中学生的心理健康状况。方法对石河子市817名中学生采用长处和困难问卷进行测评分析。结果本组学生长处和困难问卷总分异常率为8.2%。男生长处和困难问卷总分及品行、多动、交往因子分显著高于女生(P <0.01),亲社会因子分显著低于女生(P<0.01);不同学习成绩学生长处和困难问卷总分及各因子分比较差异有显著性(P <0.05或0.01);非独生子女长处和困难问卷总分及交往因子分显著高于独生子女(P<0.05或0.01);学生干部长处和困难问卷总分及交往因子分显著低于非学生干部(P<0.05或0.01)。结论石河子市中学生心理健康状况较好,不同性别、成绩以及是否独生子女、学生干部的学生在情感和行为方面存在明显差异。

Objective To explore psychological status in middle school students in Shihezi city .Methods Assessments were carried out using the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) in 817 middle school students in Shihezi city .Results The abnormal rate of the SDQ total score of the students was 8 .2% .The total ,conduct ,restlessness and communication score were significantly high‐er (P< 0 .01) and prosocial behavior lower (P< 0 .01) in male than in female students ;there were signifi‐cant differences in the total and each factor scores among students with different scholastic records (P< 0 .05 or 0 .01) ;the total and communication score were significantly higher in non‐only‐child than in only‐child students (P< 0 .05 or 0 .01) and lower in student cadres than in non‐student ones (P< 0 .05 or 0 .01) .Conclusion The psychological health status is better ,different students have obvious differences in feelings and behaviors .
