复合材料胶接结构因其工艺复杂和环境敏感等不利因素，给其适航性工作带来很多问题。根据复合材料胶接技术现状和工业部门成熟的工程经验，分析了复合材料胶接结构适航性工作中涉及的主要技术问题(包括材料和工艺的鉴定与控制、技术设计与结构验证、制造、修理、使用经验等)，和合格审定考虑(包括设计和构造、结构验证、生产、持续适航、其它问题等)，为其适航性工作提供了相应指南。
複閤材料膠接結構因其工藝複雜和環境敏感等不利因素，給其適航性工作帶來很多問題。根據複閤材料膠接技術現狀和工業部門成熟的工程經驗，分析瞭複閤材料膠接結構適航性工作中涉及的主要技術問題(包括材料和工藝的鑒定與控製、技術設計與結構驗證、製造、脩理、使用經驗等)，和閤格審定攷慮(包括設計和構造、結構驗證、生產、持續適航、其它問題等)，為其適航性工作提供瞭相應指南。

The adverse issues of composite bond structure, such as complex process and environmental sen?sitivity challenge the airworthiness work of boned structures. Based on the advanced technical research in bonded structures and successful engineering practices employed in the industry, the technical issues like material and process qualification and control, design development and structural demonstration, manufac?turing and repair implementation and service experience, and certification considerations of design and con?struction, structure demonstration, manufacture and continued airworthiness in the bonded structures’air?worthiness work were analyzed so as to provide guidelines for the airworthiness work of boned structures.
