就业歧视不仅关系到个人的尊严和发展,也严重影响到社会的和谐和稳定。我国就业歧视的现状很严重,立法不完善是一个重要原因。当前我国未建立起有效的反就业歧视法律体系,现行法律在应对就业歧视问题时往往显得很无力。应尽快制定专门的反就业歧视法,修改和完善我国已有的反就业歧视的单行法律,修改我国的民事诉讼法,把就业歧视明确纳入诉讼范围,清理现行法律中的歧视性规定。
就業歧視不僅關繫到箇人的尊嚴和髮展,也嚴重影響到社會的和諧和穩定。我國就業歧視的現狀很嚴重,立法不完善是一箇重要原因。噹前我國未建立起有效的反就業歧視法律體繫,現行法律在應對就業歧視問題時往往顯得很無力。應儘快製定專門的反就業歧視法,脩改和完善我國已有的反就業歧視的單行法律,脩改我國的民事訴訟法,把就業歧視明確納入訴訟範圍,清理現行法律中的歧視性規定。
취업기시불부관계도개인적존엄화발전,야엄중영향도사회적화해화은정。아국취업기시적현상흔엄중,입법불완선시일개중요원인。당전아국미건립기유효적반취업기시법률체계,현행법률재응대취업기시문제시왕왕현득흔무력。응진쾌제정전문적반취업기시법,수개화완선아국이유적반취업기시적단행법률,수개아국적민사소송법,파취업기시명학납입소송범위,청리현행법률중적기시성규정。
Employment discrimination is closely related to personal dignity and development, which also has grave impact on social harmony and stability.However, China has yet to establish a sound legal system aimed at comba-ting employment discrimination, and the current legal framework in China still falls short of the need to effectively address employment discrimination in practice.The present situation of employment discrimination is rather serious in China, which can be blamed partly on imperfect legislation.In view of all these issues,it is proposed that anti-employment discrimination law be promulgated at an early stage to enrich China ’ s current legal provisions in terms of combating employment discrimination.
