超网络现象是以合作创新为基础的区域创新系统功能演化的体现。本文引入了合作创新和标准化协同对协同创新的贡献率概念,通过刻画监管部门激励与创新主体努力投入建立了双重线性分离契约模型。研究发现:(1)收益分享率是风险偏好、努力成本系数和协同创新不确定性的递减函数;(2)采用双重线性分离契约能够有效降低超网络不同任务间的关联程度,提高创新主体在不同任务间切换的积极性;(3)只有当高水平创新主体所占比例超过一定的门槛值时,双重线性分离激励契约才会促进区域创新系统的总体收益;(4)采用双重线性分离契约能够合理控制合作创新风险,但会影响创新主体对标准化协同的风险偏好。
超網絡現象是以閤作創新為基礎的區域創新繫統功能縯化的體現。本文引入瞭閤作創新和標準化協同對協同創新的貢獻率概唸,通過刻畫鑑管部門激勵與創新主體努力投入建立瞭雙重線性分離契約模型。研究髮現:(1)收益分享率是風險偏好、努力成本繫數和協同創新不確定性的遞減函數;(2)採用雙重線性分離契約能夠有效降低超網絡不同任務間的關聯程度,提高創新主體在不同任務間切換的積極性;(3)隻有噹高水平創新主體所佔比例超過一定的門檻值時,雙重線性分離激勵契約纔會促進區域創新繫統的總體收益;(4)採用雙重線性分離契約能夠閤理控製閤作創新風險,但會影響創新主體對標準化協同的風險偏好。

Super-network phenomenon is the embodiment of functional evolution of the regional innovation system based on cooperative innovation.This paper introduces contribution rate of cooperation innovation and standardi-zation of synergy to collaborative innovation, and establishes the dual linear separation contract model through regulatory incentive and own effort.The result shows that:A, the share rate is a decreasing function of risk pref-erence, effort costs and uncertainty of collaborative innovation; B, it can effectively reduce the relevancy be-tween the different tasks in super-network by using dual linear separate contracts, and raise the enthusiasm of in-novator to switch between different tasks; C, only if the proportion of high level innovator exceeds a threshold value, the dual linear separation incentive contract will promote the overall benefits of regional innovation sys-tem;D, using dual linear separation contracts can reasonable control the risk of cooperative innovation, but it will affect the innovator’ s risk preference in coordination of standardization.
