目的：探讨用于可重复使用手术器械的清洗方法，评价其清洗效果。方法将800件可重复使用手术器械随机分为两组，各400件。对照组行常规清洗，观察组在对照组基础上加用鲁沃夫速洁汰除锈剂及鲁沃夫润滑防锈液清洗，对比两组清洗效果。结果观察组手术器械洁净度合格率高于对照组（ P ＜0．01）；两组隐血阳性率比较，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；观察组手术器械清洗后灵活度高于对照组（ P ＜0．01）。结论在常规清洗基础上加用鲁沃夫速洁汰除锈剂和鲁沃夫润滑防锈液，可提高对微小锈渍的清除能力，改善手术器械的灵活度。
목적：탐토용우가중복사용수술기계적청세방법，평개기청세효과。방법장800건가중복사용수술기계수궤분위량조，각400건。대조조행상규청세，관찰조재대조조기출상가용로옥부속길태제수제급로옥부윤활방수액청세，대비량조청세효과。결과관찰조수술기계길정도합격솔고우대조조（ P ＜0．01）；량조은혈양성솔비교，차이무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）；관찰조수술기계청세후령활도고우대조조（ P ＜0．01）。결론재상규청세기출상가용로옥부속길태제수제화로옥부윤활방수액，가제고대미소수지적청제능력，개선수술기계적령활도。
Objective To investigate the methods of cleaning reusable surgical instruments and evaluate the cleaning efficacy. Methods Eight hundred reusable surgical instruments were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group ( n =400 each group) .The instruments in the control group underwent routine cleaning, while those in the observation group underwent RUHOF rust remover of Surgistain and lubricant and rust inhibitor based on the routine cleaning.The cleaning effects were analyzed and compared.Results The cleanliness rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group ( P <0.01) .The oc-cult blood test results showed that there was no statistical difference in the positive rate of occult blood between the two groups ( P >0.05).For looseing box-locks and joints of surgical instruments, these in observation group improved significantly compared with those of the control group( P <0.01) .Conclusion RUHOF rust remover of Surgistain and lubricant and rust inhibitor based on the routine cleaning can promote the scavenging ability on the tiny rust stains and improve the flexibility of surgical instruments.
