目的:探究糖尿病教育管理在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取2013年7月-2014年12月该院收治的98例糖尿病患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例患者。对照组采用常规性管理模式,观察组采用教育管理模式,对应用效果进行比较分析。结果在该研究中,对照组患者的低血糖发生率明显高于观察组,血糖达标率小于观察组,患者对健康知识的掌握度明显小于观察组,两组患者的各项指标比较有明显的差异性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外在该研究中,观察组的住院时间明显小于对照组,两组患者的各项指标比较有明显的差异性,因此差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论教育管理在糖尿病患者健康教育中有一定的积极作用,能控制血糖指标和血压,为糖尿病患者提供较好的干预模式,值得推广和应用。

Objective To explore the application effects of diabetes education management on diabetes patients health ed-ucation. Methods 98 cases of diabetes patients in our hospital from July 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into the control group and observation group, each group contained 49 cases. The control group were given conventional management mode, and the observation group were given education management mode. The application effects were compared and analyzed. Results In this study,the control group patients the incidence of hypo-glycemia is significantly higher than the control group, the blood sugar success rate is less than the control group, patients with mastery of health knowledge degree is less than the control group obviously, therefore each index of two groups of pa-tients with more obvious difference, thus has statistical significance (P<0.05). In addition in this study, the length of time of observation group was obviously less than control group, each index of two groups of patients with more obvious difference, thus has statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The education management plays a positive role in the diabetes pa-tients health education, can control the blood sugar indicator and blood pressure, provide good intervention mode for the di-abetes patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
