目的：探讨内分泌科护理工作主要的安全隐患问题及安全管理措施。方法随机选取该院内分泌科于2014年1-12月收治的328例住院患者作为管理组，实施安全管理；另随机选取该院内分泌科于2013年1-12月收治的310例住院患者作为对照组，未实施安全管理。结果实施护理风险管理前，患者的护理满意率为87.10%，实施护理安全管理后，护理满意率升高至99.39%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过分析内分泌科护理中存在的常见安全隐患问题，并实施有效的安全管理措施，有利于提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

목적：탐토내분비과호리공작주요적안전은환문제급안전관리조시。방법수궤선취해원내분비과우2014년1-12월수치적328례주원환자작위관리조，실시안전관리；령수궤선취해원내분비과우2013년1-12월수치적310례주원환자작위대조조，미실시안전관리。결과실시호리풍험관리전，환자적호리만의솔위87.10%，실시호리안전관리후，호리만의솔승고지99.39%，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론통과분석내분비과호리중존재적상견안전은환문제，병실시유효적안전관리조시，유리우제고환자대호리공작적만의도。
Objective To study the endocrinology nursing major security hidden danger and safety management measures. Methods Randomly selected from our hospital endocrinology in January 2014~December 2014 admitted 328 cases of hospi-talized patients as a management group, the implementation of safety management; Other randomly selected from our hospi-tal endocrinology in January 2013~December 2013 admitted 310 cases of hospitalized patients as control group, not the im-plementation of safety management. Results The implementation of the nursing risk management, nursing satisfaction of the patients was 87.10%, after the implementation of the nursing safety management, nursing satisfaction rate increased to 99.39%, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Through the analysis of endocrinology care common security problems, and implement an effective safety management measures, to improve patients satisfaction of nursing work.
