目的:探讨芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭( CHF)合并心律失常时对血清B型脑钠肽( BNP)、醛固酮水平及心功能影响。方法将90例CHF合并心律失常患者随机分为两组,各45例。两组均给予强心、利尿等常规治疗,观察组在上述用药基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊治疗,观察治疗前后血清BNP、醛固酮水平及心功能变化。结果两组治疗前BNP、醛固酮、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)比较,差异均无统计学意义( P >0.05);治疗后BNP、醛固酮、LVESD、LVEDD均较治疗前下降( P <0.01),LVEF较治疗前升高( P <0.01),且观察组改善程度更明显( P <0.01)。结论芪苈强心胶囊治疗CHF合并心律失常效果显著,有助于降低BNP及醛固酮水平,改善心功能。

목적:탐토기력강심효낭치료만성심력쇠갈( CHF)합병심률실상시대혈청B형뇌납태( BNP)、철고동수평급심공능영향。방법장90례CHF합병심률실상환자수궤분위량조,각45례。량조균급여강심、이뇨등상규치료,관찰조재상술용약기출상가용기력강심효낭치료,관찰치료전후혈청BNP、철고동수평급심공능변화。결과량조치료전BNP、철고동、좌실사혈분수(LVEF)、좌실수축말기내경(LVESD)、좌실서장말기내경(LVEDD)비교,차이균무통계학의의( P >0.05);치료후BNP、철고동、LVESD、LVEDD균교치료전하강( P <0.01),LVEF교치료전승고( P <0.01),차관찰조개선정도경명현( P <0.01)。결론기력강심효낭치료CHF합병심률실상효과현저,유조우강저BNP급철고동수평,개선심공능。
Objective To study the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsules on serum B-type brain natriuretic peptide ( BNP) and aldo-sterone level and heart function in its treatment of chronic heart failure ( CHF) complicated with arrhythmia.Methods Ninety patients with CHF complicated with arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups( n =45 in each group) .All the patients were given car-diac and diuretic therapy.In addition, the patients in the observation group were given Qiliqiangxin capsules and the differences in the serum BNP,aldosterone level and heart function before and after the treatment were analyzed.Results The differences in BNP,aldo-sterone and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),LVESD,LVEDd between two groups before treatment had no statistical signifi-cance ( P >0.05) .Compared with those before treatment, BNP,aldosterone,LVESD,LVEDd after treatment were decreased ( P <0.01) and LVEF after treatment was increased ( P <0.01) .The condition in the observation group improved more obviously ( P <0.01).Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule is effective in the treatment of CHF complicated with arrhythmia, which can help to decrease the levels of BNP and aldosterone and improve heart function.
