本文在探讨国内外生态文明建设内涵与实践的基础上，以杭州市和甘南藏族自治州的生态文明建设实践路径和指标体系构建作为案例，探讨了在我国生态文明建设中生态经济运行体系、生态环境支撑体系、生态人居建设体系、生态文化彰显体系和生态体制机制保障体系等方面的难点、对策和价值启示，认为我国城镇可持续建设生态文明需通过理论理念研究与实践实证相结合、城乡统筹与跨区域相结合、经济形态与城乡景观生态相结合、国内经验与国际经验相结合、多学科相结合，建立一套相应的体制机制体系和配套政策支撑。

This study is based on the theory and practice of domestic and foreign ecological civilization construction. It looks at the construction of ecological civilization practice path and index system, focusing specifically on case studies of Hangzhou in Zhejiang province and Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Gansu Province. This study discusses the problems, countermeasures and enlightenment of eco-economy operation systems, eco-environment support systems, eco-habitat systems, eco-culture manifestation systems, and eco-mechanism security during ecological civilization construction in China. As a result, it is suggested that the key to constructing eco-civilization in this context is to establish a set of relevant system and mechanism and corresponding supporting policies, through the integration of theory and practice, the combination of urban-rural overall development and cross-regional development, the combination of economics and urban-rural eco-landscapes, the combination of domestic and international experiences, and the combination of multi-disciplines.
