英语语言中存在着大量的程式语，其准确性、地道性、流利性能提高语言输出的质量和速度。本文将对程式话语的概念和特征进行介绍，研究程式语如何提高二语学习者的口语与写作能力，并针对程式话语，对英语教学提出几点教学建议。

There are a lot of formulaic language in English ,which can improve the quality and speed of the language output with the characteristics ,such as accuracy ,authenticity and fluency .This paper gives an introduction of English formulaic language and its characteristics ,and does a research on how to improve the second language learners'oral and writing ability .Based on English formulaic language ,the author puts out some suggestions for English teaching .
