目的:观察异丙托溴铵气雾剂联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病( COPD)患者的治疗效果。方法将确诊的86例COPD患者随机分为两组,各43例。对照组给予吸氧、甲氧那明、氨溴索、丙卡特罗及激素进行治疗。观察组在上述治疗基础上给予异丙托溴铵气雾剂联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化治疗。观察两组治疗效果;监测血气分析、生化指标及6分钟步行距离(6MWD)。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组( P <0.05);观察组治疗后PaO2高于对照组,PaCO2、CO2结合力低于对照组;观察组治疗后6MWD大于治疗前;观察组治疗后前白蛋白( PA)高于对照组,C反应蛋白( CRP)低于对照组。结论异丙托溴铵联合硫酸沙丁胺醇雾化治疗COPD,可以有效改善患者的症状和体征,提高治疗效果和患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect and influence of the objective index of Aerosol therapy in patients with COPD. Methods Eighty-six patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups( n =43 each group);the control group treated with Oxygen Inhalation, methoxyphenamine,ambroxol,Procaterol Hydrochloride ( MEPTIN) .the observation group undergoing aerosol ther-apy with Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol and Salbutamol Sulfate in addition to treatment of the control group .Treatment efficacy,blood gas analysis, biochemical and 6 minutes walking distance (6 MWD) of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group ( P <0.05); PaO 2 of observation group after treatment was higher, but PaCO 2, CO 2 combining power were lower than thoes of control group.6 MWD of observation group after treatment was higher ( P <0.05), the PA of observation group after treatment were higher than that of control group, the CRP of observation group after treatment were lower than that of control group reversely.Conclusion Aerosol therapy with Ipratropium Bromide Aerosol and Salbutamol Sulfate can effectively improve the COPD patients’ symptoms and physical signs, pulmonary function, exercise tolerance and inflammatory re-action and at the same time significantly shorten the treatment time and improve the quality of life of the patients.
