This paper, based on the analysis of current status of fine art publishers, explores the new development path of traditional fine art publishers under the contemporary background of digital publishing. The necessity and significance of establishment of Ba Shu Artists Database are comprehensively discussed;the restructuring ideas and development direction of Sichuan Fine Arts Publishing House in the digital era are elaborated. Ba Shu Artists digital publishing content delivery platform will be an important hub for high quality digital publishing; a junction between content provider and consumer market; and a channel for publishers to provide high quality and convenient services to readers.The establishment of the database and art investment corporation will meet multiple spiritual and cultural needs, promoting the dissemination and influence of Chinese culture.
