目的：了解强迫症患者的个性特征及执行功能障碍情况，探讨患者执行功能障碍与病情的关系。方法将46例强迫症患者设为研究组，45名患者家属设为对照组，应用艾森克个性问卷、耶鲁布朗强迫症状量表、连线测验及彩色文字阅读测验进行测评分析。结果研究组艾森克个性问卷的内外向维度分显著低于对照组（ P ＜0．05），神经质维度分显著高于对照组（ P ＜0．01）；两组精神病性和掩饰维度分比较差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。研究组执行功能各项测验完成时间均显著长于对照组（P＜0．05或0．01）。研究组患者耶鲁布朗强迫症状量表总分及强迫行为因子分与连线测验及彩色文字阅读测验完成时间呈显著正相关（P＜0．05或0．01），强迫观念因子分与彩色文字阅读测验完成时间呈显著正相关（P＜0．05）。结论强迫症患者呈典型的神经质个性，执行功能受损较严重，其执行功能受损程度与临床强迫症状严重程度相关。
목적：료해강박증환자적개성특정급집행공능장애정황，탐토환자집행공능장애여병정적관계。방법장46례강박증환자설위연구조，45명환자가속설위대조조，응용애삼극개성문권、야로포랑강박증상량표、련선측험급채색문자열독측험진행측평분석。결과연구조애삼극개성문권적내외향유도분현저저우대조조（ P ＜0．05），신경질유도분현저고우대조조（ P ＜0．01）；량조정신병성화엄식유도분비교차이무현저성（P＞0．05）。연구조집행공능각항측험완성시간균현저장우대조조（P＜0．05혹0．01）。연구조환자야로포랑강박증상량표총분급강박행위인자분여련선측험급채색문자열독측험완성시간정현저정상관（P＜0．05혹0．01），강박관념인자분여채색문자열독측험완성시간정현저정상관（P＜0．05）。결론강박증환자정전형적신경질개성，집행공능수손교엄중，기집행공능수손정도여림상강박증상엄중정도상관。
Objective To survey personality characteristics and executive dysfunction in obsessive‐compul‐sive disorder (OCD) patients and explore the relationship between executive dysfunction and patient's con‐dition .Methods Forty‐six OCD patients were assigned to research group and 45 family members to con‐trol group ,assessments carried out with the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) ,Yale‐brown Ob‐sessive‐Compulsive Scale (Y‐BOCS) ,Trail Making Test (TM T ) and Stroop Test (ST ) .Results E score of the EPQ was significantly lower (P< 0 .05) and N higher (P< 0 .01) in research than in control group ;there were no significant group differences in P and L score (P > 0 .05) .Accomplishing times of all tests were significantly longer in research than in control group (P < 0 .05 or 0 .01) .The total and compulsive behavior score of the Y‐BOCS were significantly positively related to the time of accomplishing TM T and ST (P< 0 .05 or 0 .01) ,so was compulsive idea to the time of accomplishing ST (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion OCD patients have typical neurotic personality ,their executive dysfunctions are severe and are related to the severity of clinical obsessive‐compulsive symptoms .
