目的:探讨父母认知水平对青少年精神障碍患者康复效果的影响。方法将青少年精神障碍患者(100例)及其父母(100名)随机分为两组,患者均予以常规抗精神病药物治疗,对研究组患者父母予以认知干预,观察患者住院全程,随访12个月。自拟问卷测评两组患者父母对精神疾病的认知水平,采用家庭关怀度指数问卷、社会功能缺损量表评定患者的家庭功能及社会功能,统计两组患者的服药依从性及复发率。结果干预后两组患者父母对疾病的认知水平均显著提高,研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。随访第12个月,研究组患者家庭关怀度指数问卷评分显著升高,显著高于对照组(P<0.01),患者社会功能缺损量表评分显著降低,显著低于对照组(P<0.01);研究组患者服药依从性显著优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01),复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对青少年精神障碍患者父母予以认知干预,有利于提高其对精神疾病的认知水平及家庭关怀度,对促进患者的全面康复具有积极作用。

목적:탐토부모인지수평대청소년정신장애환자강복효과적영향。방법장청소년정신장애환자(100례)급기부모(100명)수궤분위량조,환자균여이상규항정신병약물치료,대연구조환자부모여이인지간예,관찰환자주원전정,수방12개월。자의문권측평량조환자부모대정신질병적인지수평,채용가정관부도지수문권、사회공능결손량표평정환자적가정공능급사회공능,통계량조환자적복약의종성급복발솔。결과간예후량조환자부모대질병적인지수평균현저제고,연구조현저우우대조조(P<0.01)。수방제12개월,연구조환자가정관부도지수문권평분현저승고,현저고우대조조(P<0.01),환자사회공능결손량표평분현저강저,현저저우대조조(P<0.01);연구조환자복약의종성현저우우대조조(P<0.05혹0.01),복발솔현저저우대조조(P<0.01)。결론대청소년정신장애환자부모여이인지간예,유리우제고기대정신질병적인지수평급가정관부도,대촉진환자적전면강복구유적겁작용。
Objective To explore the influences of cognitive intervention in parents on rehabilitation out‐comes of adolescent patients with mental disorders .Methods A total of 100 adolescent mental disorder patients and 100 parents were randomly divided into two groups ,all patients received routine antipsychotic treatment ,parents in research group did cognitive intervention ,hospitalization whole courses observed , and followed up for 12 months .Parents’ cognitive levels of mental disorders were assessed with self‐made questionnaire ,family functions with the Family Concern Index Questionnaire (APGAR) and social func‐tions with the Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS) ,drug compliances and relapse rates of both groups added up .Results After intervention parents’ cognitive levels of illness in both groups heightened more significantly ,so did those in research than in control group (P< 0 .01) .In the 12th month follow‐up , the APGAR score heightened more significantly in research and was significantly higher than that in con‐trol group (P< 0 .01) ,the SDSS score lowered more significantly in research and was significantly lower than that in control group (P< 0 .01) ;the drug compliance was better (P< 0 .05 or 0 .01) and relapse rate lower (P< 0 .01) in research than in control group .Conclusion Cognitive intervention in parents of ado‐lescent patients with mental disorders is beneficial to the increase of cognitive levels of mental disorders and family concern and has an active role in promoting patients’ comprehensive rehabilitation .
