锅炉烟气直接排放,会损失大量的热量,充分利用烟气的余热会达到节能减排的效果,产生的热水可以用作锅炉补水或生活用水。利用汽水热交换器对低温烟气进行热回收的节能效果和投入成本进行了分析比较,研究在不同质量和热容乘积比例时的烟气出口温度以及回收的热量,同时研究换热只存在显热和有潜热过程时热量回收的多少。另外对显热过程中不同质量和热容乘积比时换热器的面积和管长进行研究。

The direct emissions of flue gas in boiler will result in the loss of much heat which could be used to heat wa-ter. And the hot water can be used as additional water to boiler and domestic water. In this study, the energy-saving effect and input cost of recycling heat of lower temperature flue gas by gas-liquid heat exchanger were analyzed. Besides, the haze outlet temperature and the recycled heat at different quality and heat capacity of product ratio were studied. The mount of re-cycled heat was also studied when heat exchange is only with sensible heat or latent heat. In addition, we studied the area and pipe range of heat exchanger with different mass and the ratio of heat capacity during the heat exchange with sensible heat.
