分析了自由曲面加工误差的产生原因,重点阐述了刀触点轨迹的步长和行距对曲面加工精度的影响,在此基础上提出了一种基于线性逼近误差和残留高度约束的刀触点轨迹规划方法,该方法可以保证曲面加工的精度要求. 最后以一张自由曲面为例,考察其刀触点轨迹的分布和连续性情况,仿真结果验证了该方法的可行性和有效性.

The causes of free-form surface machining error had been analyzed, and the influence of the step length and row pitch of cut-ter contact trajectory on the curved surface machining precision was emphasized. On the basis of that, a kind of cutter contact trajectory planning method based on linear approximation error and residual height constraint was put forward, this method can ensure the accura-cy requirement of surface machining. At last a free-form surface was taken for example to verify the distribution and continuity of the cutter contact trajectory, the simulation results show the feasibility and validity of the method.
