通过双因素试验设计研究了黄枝润楠3种不同木质化程度的插穗(M)、5种不同长度的插穗(N)对黄枝润楠扦插生根率、生根数的影响差异,通过田间正交试验设计 L9(34)研究了3种不同种类生根促进剂(P)、3种不同扦插基质(F)及3种不同生根促进剂质量分数(Y)对黄枝润楠扦插生根率、生根数及生根长的影响差异。结果表明:使用长度为12 cm(N3)半木质化绿枝(M2),即采用 M2 N3组合时生根率最高、生根数最多,平均生根率达83.2%,平均生根数达14.8条;应用 ABT-1#(P1)+各50%红壤和珍珠岩(F2)+650×10-6(Y2),即 P1 F2 Y2时黄枝润楠扦插效果最显著,平均生根率达89.1%,平均生根数达16.9条,平均生根长达18.7 cm。

Through two-factors-experiment-design,influencing difference of 3 different lignified degrees of cuttings of Machilus versicolora (M),5 kinds of different lengths of cuttings (N)on rooting rate & number of M.versicol-ora were studied;through field orthogonal design L9 (3 4 ),influencing difference of 3 different kinds of rooting accel-erator (P),3 different cutting matrix (F)and 3 different concentrations of rooting reagents (Y)on rooting rate, number & length of M.versicolora were studied.Result shows that the rooting rate is the highest and the rooting number is the most,the average rooting rate is 83.2%,average root number is 14.8 by using 12 cm (N3 )semilig-nified green branch (M2 ),that is,M2 N3 combination;applying ABT-1 # (P1 )+ 50% red soil and perlite(F2 )+650 ×10 -6 (Y2 ),namely ,P1 F2 Y2 cutting effect of Machilus versicolora is most significant,the average rooting rate is 89.1%,average root number is 1 6.9,average rooting reach 18.7 cm.
