利用3~5年生挪威云杉半木质化枝条开展了挪威云杉扦插激素种类、激素浓度、浸泡时间、插穗长度、扦插深度、插穗预处理和挪威云杉各家系扦插繁殖对比等方面的研究,结果表明:激素种类、激素浓度、浸泡时间不同水平之间具有显著差异,选用 ABT1、50×10-6、浸泡50 min 试验效果最好;不同扦插深度试验中各扦插深度水平之间差异不显著,但以扦插深度5 cm 生根率最高,平均达68.89%,最高可达96.67%;各插穗长度水平之间差异不显著,但以插穗长度10 cm 生根率最高,平均达88.33%,最高可达90%;挪威云杉不同家系扦插的生根率存在显著差异。

이용3~5년생나위운삼반목질화지조개전료나위운삼천삽격소충류、격소농도、침포시간、삽수장도、천삽심도、삽수예처리화나위운삼각가계천삽번식대비등방면적연구,결과표명:격소충류、격소농도、침포시간불동수평지간구유현저차이,선용 ABT1、50×10-6、침포50 min 시험효과최호;불동천삽심도시험중각천삽심도수평지간차이불현저,단이천삽심도5 cm 생근솔최고,평균체68.89%,최고가체96.67%;각삽수장도수평지간차이불현저,단이삽수장도10 cm 생근솔최고,평균체88.33%,최고가체90%;나위운삼불동가계천삽적생근솔존재현저차이。
Hormone types,hormone concentration,soaking time,cutting length,cutting depth,cutting propaga-tion of cuttings pretreatment of Picea abies were conducted by using 3-5-year-old half lignified cuttings of Picea abies .Result shows that the different levels of hormone types,hormone levels & soaking time have significant differences;adopting 50×10 -6 ABT1 soaked with 50 min can obtain the optimal effect;among experiments with dif-ferent cutting depths,levels with different lengths for cuttings has little difference;rooting rate is the highest with the depth being 5 cm;the mean rooting rate is 68.89%,the highest rooting rate is 96.67%;levels of each cutting with different lengths have little significance;the rooting rate of cuttings with the length being 10 cm is the highest;the mean rooting rate is 88.33%,and the highest rooting rate is 90%;rooting rate of cuttings of Picea abies with different pedigrees exists significant differences.
