目的：了解住院患者用药现况，推动临床合理用药。方法抽取处方病历，采用数学原理分别进行统计处理，按照国家卫生计生委有关法规文件及医院合理用药管理制度，进行评价分析。结果平均每份病历用药9.72种，临床诊断与用药符合率为99.3%，抗菌药物使用率为58.9%。有病历存在输液浓度过大、用药依据不够、随意用中成药、预防用抗菌药物欠规范等问题。结论医院有待于加强临床用药管理，进一步提高临床用药的合理性。
목적：료해주원환자용약현황，추동림상합리용약。방법추취처방병력，채용수학원리분별진행통계처리，안조국가위생계생위유관법규문건급의원합리용약관리제도，진행평개분석。결과평균매빈병력용약9.72충，림상진단여용약부합솔위99.3%，항균약물사용솔위58.9%。유병력존재수액농도과대、용약의거불구、수의용중성약、예방용항균약물흠규범등문제。결론의원유대우가강림상용약관리，진일보제고림상용약적합이성。
Objective To understand the current status of drug use in hospitalized patients, and promote the rational use of drugs. Results The average medical records of 9.72 kinds, clinical diagnosis and drug compliance rate was 99.3%, the use of antibacterial drugs was 58.9%.
