目的:研究外来骨科器械在消毒供应中心全程质量管理的方法与效果。方法取2013年7月-2014年1月清洗的外来骨科医疗器械740件为对照组,采用传统的方法清洗。取2014年3月-2015年1月清洗的外来骨科医疗器械837件为实验组,采用改进后的方法清洗,并给予全程质量管理。对比两组的提前放行数量及洗涤合格数量。结果实验组总提前放行数量(率)为33(3.94%),明显低于对照组58(7.84%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组总洗涤不合格数(率)为143(17.08%),明显低于对照组302(40.81%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心全程质量管理的方法效果显著,保证了器械在手术过程中的生物安全性。

Objective To study the approach and effects of foreign orthopedic equipment in central sterile supply Total Quality Management. Methods From June 2013 to January 2014 740 foreign orthopedic equipments were the control group and cleaned in traditional methods, from March 2014 to January 2015 837 equipments were the observation group and cleaned in improved methods,given total quality management.Early release quantity and washing the qualified were com-pared. Results The experimental group total (rate) for early release was 33(3.94%),which was gnificant (P<0.05). The total number(rate) of washing unqualified of the experimental group was 143(17.08%), which was lower than the control group302(40.81%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions The approach of central sterile supply Total Quality Management is effective,it ensures biological safety of the equipment in operation.
